New boutique hotel in Hartsville is exciting for downtown Hartsville

Construction has already started on Carolina Ave., right next to Midnight Rooster, for the boutique hotel that will be opening within the next year. It is going to have a spa and restaurant which will make this very welcoming to visitors and staycationers. Every room will be a suite that includes a kitchenette with a lot of space. 

I forsee it being a really great stay for business travelers and wedding goers who are not from this area. It'll be a really nice place to stay and be close to many great restaurants and shops.
